Measles and Rubella Vaccination Campaign

A campaign started in India aims to vaccinate more than 35 million children in the age group of 9 months to 15 years with MR (Measles and Rubella) vaccine .It demonstrates India’s commitment to improve health and well-being of its people by protecting children against preventable diseases .Hence ,in our never ending endeavor to serve the social causes apart from educational contribution ,we at Sant Nirankari Public School, Faridabad  ran a campaign on Measles and Rubella vaccination ,as per the order of The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Haryana .On 1^st May 2018 Vaccination was given by forming four Teams of doctors and nurses. After the vaccination all the students were kept under observation for Half-an-hour. On 2^nd day of the campaign there were two teams of doctors and nurses. Pre – wing students were accompanied by their parents. Altogether it was a very successful and beneficial campaign. School as well as parents supported and coordinated with each other for this national cause.
